Create for yourself new levels of true, long-term flexibility.  Move more freely in everything you do. Without strain or effort, simple poses stretch every joint throughout their full range of motion. In typical Yin Yoga style these poses are held softly for several minutes before flowing to the next. However, in typical KUDAYO style, the dancer’s principle of stretching every transitional angle fills the flow between poses creating a completeness like no other stretching method can. Kudayo Yin Yoga Flow challenges the deepest resistance to flexibility — the connective tissue (fascia, tendons and ligaments).  Athletic forms of stretching address the muscles' elasticity in a warm state leaving the connective tissue untapped; but Kudayo Yin Yoga Flow stretches when the muscles are cold, thus transmitting the tension of a stretch to the connective tissue.  When connective tissue becomes more flexible, it will be less likely that you would suffer injury due to a fall on the street or athletic mishap, because your body would be able to move fluidly, adapting and folding your way out of a sprain or tear with ease.  Another benefit is that you can simply move more freely in any movement life requires.  It can also help you to be more smooth in your Vinyasa Yoga practice.  Asanas will become easier to enter into and come out of.  Kudayo Yin Yoga Flow is an excellent complement to your regular Yoga practice.
