LATE POLICY
Classes begin promptly, please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
If the studio is full, the buzzer will be turned off when class begins.
If there is still space available, the buzzer will be left on for up to 10 minutes after class begins and you
may quietly join the class.

Please understand that space in our studio is limited and it is difficult for us to accommodate late arrivals.

Class Descriptions

Open Level:
All of our classes, unless otherwise noted, are Open Level Vinyasa. Beginners and advanced practitioners alike are welcome. Allow your practice to serve you in the most productive way it can based on your needs. If you ever want to take a break, rest as long as you need. If you want to challenge yourself further, you need not hesitate. If the urge strikes you to deviate from the sequence, don't be shy.

Beginners:
This 60-minute class is intended for anyone looking to spend extra time learning the most fundamental movements in yoga as well as get comfortable linking breath with movement. You are not required to take this class if you are a beginner. The class serves as an option for anyone looking to explore the vinyasa practice at a much slower pace.

Advanced:
This 90-minute class is for those who are familiar and comfortable with an Open Level class and would like to further develop their practice. Advanced classes will explore greater depth in each pose, build up to more challenging asana variations, and experiment with inversions and arm balances.

Donation-based:
Indicated with an asterisk (*), this is a 60 minute open level class where you can pay what you wish. Regular 75-minute Open Level classes are $5, but our donation-based classes are available at any price you like, there is no minimum or maximum donation. You will know best what you can afford that day and nobody will keep track.

Meditation:
Meditation will begin at 8:30, shortly after the 7pm class ends. If you are not attending the 7pm class, please arrive between 8:20 and 8:30. The class will consist of a discussion on the practice of meditation, breath work, and a 20 minute seated meditation. (We will not be sitting in meditation for the entire hour.) Bring a cushion or blanket to sit on during meditation (you may also use mats or blocks from the studio).

Karma Yoga:
Karma Yoga classes take place on the first Friday of each month at 9pm. These 90 minute classes will be open level and donation based. Each class will be devoted to a different issue, project, or organization in need of support, which will receive all donations collected from the class. More info HERE
