When our pranic body is strong, we are healthy and energetic, we act with intention, wisdom, and creativity. Our mind is positive and open to infinite possibility, we are in touch with our feelings, and we are a magnet for what we desire.

In this class we will do specific sets of physical exercises to build our connection with our own life force energy and clear blockages in the energy lines of the body. 
We will do a special mediation for the electromagnetic field
which carries the imprint of health and vitality.
