Building a Strong Aura!

In the tradition of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, the human has 10 bodies, not just one.   Yogi Bhajan taught that the seventh body is the Auric Body and it is an electromagnetic field around the body that protects and guides you. The 16th of the month is a perfect day to build your Aura.

The aura is created by the flow of prana through energy meridians located in the physical body. The aura protects us from negativity in close proximity to us. Insecurity is a sign of needing to strengthen your aura.   A strong aura brings you strength, health and a compassionate outlook.  It leads to serenity, security, and the ability to act with fearless integrity.  People with strong auras are often very heart centered. We will do a specific set of exercises and mediation to strengthen your magnetic field, your Aura.

Each Kundalini class includes physical activitity, sound vibrations, 
relaxation, and active meditations.
   Physical actions may resemble 
Hatha yoga postures, aerobic exercises, or dancing!  Sound vibrations, 
mantra, may be listened to or chanted. Mediations generally involve arm 
or hand postures along with specific breathing, chanting, or eye focus.
