This class with Nick will begin at 10:15pm with 90 minutes of asana, including 10 minutes of savasana with a crystal singing bowl. By 11:50pm we will be seated in a silent group meditation which will allow us to begin the new year at midnight with a relaxed and focused headspace. By 12:15 we’ll call it a night.
