Monthly Meditation Workshop
Meditation is an ancient practice that dates back thousands of years. Mindfulness and meditation change the brain the same way a gym routine changes the body. This recurring workshop will take place on the last Saturday of every month. Each month we’ll explore various styles of meditation and mindfulness.
Various styles of practice will include: -
Pranayama or breathing exercises
Seated Mindfulness meditation
Trataka or meditation using our visual field with the aid of a candle.
Body Scan also known as Yoga Nidra.
Meta or loving kindness meditation
Moving meditation with the help of easy yoga to allow the body to relax and restore.
