Pop-up pilates Class

Join Jodi for a pop-up Pilates Class! In this dynamic session, you’ll explore all four essential components of core strength: the abdominals, pelvic floor, deep back muscles (multifidus), and diaphragm. Through a combination of targeted Pilates exercises you’ll learn how to engage, activate, and integrate each aspect of your core. This class is open to all levels.
